Young winger Solomon-Otabor is keen on re-establishing himself at Birmingham City after a fruitful loan spell with Blackpool. The 22-year-old contributed five goals and six assists in 47 appearances for the Seasiders last term and he is now keen to impress at St Andrew’s under the guidance of Garry Monk.
“The fans there [at Blues] saw a brief spell of me when I was 19 and 20 but now I’m 100 per cent ready,” he is quoted as saying on Blues TV. “I can’t wait to get back and show everybody what I can do, and how much I’ve progressed as a player as well as a person. There are different things in life I have learned. I went into Blackpool not as a boy but as someone who was willing to learn.”
